Since 2015, Tactical Sourcing has worked with a wide variety of companies/individuals and sourced 10+ Million USD of bag products. This is a booming industry in Vietnam and our team has sourced cosmetic bags, make-up bags, shopping bags, lunch bags, backpack and handbags for clients from the US, Germany, Australia and Singapore. We handle everything from the initial design phase, product development until full production/shipment.

Once you’ve confirmed the design, we’ll proceed straight to the next phase of RFQ and sample development. We did the most difficult work by shortlisting all suppliers beforehand, leaving only fully-vetted factories to serve you. Normally, we’ll recommend to develop samples from 2-3 different suppliers for better comparison. If requested, we also arrange for your visit to all factories prior to sample ordering.

Upon your confirmation, our team of Tactical Sourcing will work closely with the factories, ensuring the final sample to closely match our design specifications.

The next step is, of course, contract negotiation & full production. Our legal team will prepare the contract and advise you with all the necessary clauses in the agreement. Once signed, Tactical Sourcing will be your eye and voice here throughout the entire production process. We’ll conduct weekly/bi-weekly inspection to ensure quality & timely delivery.

For your product’s launch, please keep in mind that typical production period will last from 30 – 45 days for 5,000 – 30,000 units. After production is finished, our team will work with partnering forwarders and provide you with the most competitive quote. We oversee the entire packing process until your goods are fully loaded and BL is issued.
